In case of a redevelopment project if the developers sell their saleable portion to a buyer via a registere d agreement without obtaining a commencement certificate can the society on termination of the builder due to a delay of seven years cancel the agreement as cancelled and take over the saleable portion and complete the building

    1. The buyers right will have to be protected as per rera. If the buyers of saleable portion has given payment, they also will have a right as a part of the society with respect to their percentage.
